Dr. Millie Lytle BA, ND, C. Ht. is a licensed naturopathic doctor and psychotherapist at the START Clinic for mood and anxiety disorders where she is actively involved in private practice and research with other practitioners at the clinic. She is currently in the process of studying her Food for Mood Diet within a health promotion weight loss pilot at the Start Clinic.
She believes that mind, body and spirit are symbiotic and can be treated wholistically by addressing all parts of the self. Dr. Lytle uses nutrition, vitamins, homeopathy, acupuncture, herbs, lifestyle counseling and hypnosis to fill the gaps between medical treatments and enhanced well being.
Dr. Lytle is an avid health writer, hosting a daily blog. She is also a faculty member at the School for Yoga Therapy and Natural Medicine in the Women’s Health Department.
She is currently accepting new patients for complementary medicine in the areas of health promotion, preventative medicine, stress, anxiety, depression, diabetes, metabolic syndrome, pre-diabetes and obesity.
